Tourist tax:
Winter: € 5,00 each adult each night
Summer: € 5,00 each adult each night
2024 all children starting with year of birth 2009 don´t pay the
tourist tax, 2025 children starting with year of birth 2010 don´t
pay the tax.
Reservations
Are only valid in writing - e-mail/post. For a binding reservation we
ask for a deposit of 40 percent. The deposit can be paid by bank
transfer within 14 days.

Arrival and departure:
Check-In: ab 14 Uhr
Check-Out: bis 10 Uhr
Payment:
The final payment (60 percent) must be paid by bank transfer at least
one week before arrival. The tourist tax can be paid in cash when you
start your holidays.
Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.
Travel cancellation insurance:
in order to avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation due to
illness, death, loss of employment, etc., we recommend that you take
out travel cancellation insurance (for example: www.europaeische.at )
No smoking:
We ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in our vacation home.
Stornos:
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH)
apply. There is no reduction in the booking price in the event of late
arrival or early departure. If fewer than the booked number of people
arrive, there is also no reduction in the agreed price. The place of
jurisdiction is Landeck. We recommend that you take out travel
cancellation insurance.
Parking spaces:
There are 6 parking spaces available directly at our house. There is
also a free parking space in the garage at the entrance to the village.
Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Haus Paznaun. We ask for your understanding.
